Struggling to pay for your prescriptions? The medication assistance program may be able to help.

If you have no insurance, limited or no prescription coverage or have Medicare and find yourself in the "donut hole," our community health workers can connect you with free or almost free prescription medications. You don't have to skip doses or choose between taking your medications and paying bills—we are here to help.

Our staff specializes in tracking down the very best price for generic and brand name medications for chronic illness.
