Mobile Education & Outreach Program
The Healthy South Texas Mobile Education and Outreach Unit provides clinical, education and community outreach services within a 27-county service area. The unit is equipped with a generator, triage area, bathroom and full exam room. Our goal is to bridge transportation barriers, allowing for more extensive outreach opportunities that address social determinants of health. Healthy South Texas is interested in collaborating with other organizations to use this resource to better the health of South Texas communities.
